Validate Emails
Each email address in your database undergoes validation using our proprietary software/system to confirm its ability to accept emails.
Complainers File
We compare emails against our complainers file and remove any matches. Additionally, emails from SpamCop members are excluded. Our database covers approximately 75% of the SpamCop database.
Keyword Scrub
We eliminate emails containing words like “spam,” “junk,” “abuse,” etc., from the list.
Bounce File Compare
We maintain a database of 19.5 million bounced emails. During validation, we remove emails that have previously sent a challenge response or requested removal.
Domains
We compare email domains against a list of 156,000+ domains known for spam seeds, bots, blacklists, or bogus emails. Any matches are removed from the list.
